Graduate Assistantships

Graduate Assistantships are awarded on the basis of undergraduate GPA, academic and/or professional recommendations, resumes, and interviews. MSIO Graduate Assistants (GAs) work 20 hours per week on campus, fully remote, or hybrid during the Fall and Spring semesters and receive a stipend. Working hours are flexible and are arranged around the GA's class schedule. MSIO GAships are are highly competitive and limited in number.

If you are interested in applying for one of these positions, please visit the Office of Graduate Studies' Graduate Assistantships page to read more and complete an application. Please note: Students are able to apply for a GAship after they have been notified of their acceptance into the MSIO program, despite the priority GA application deadline listed on the Graduate Studies website.
